First two days in Gurgaon

I seem to be one day behind in my trip log, but oh well... We spent our first day (Wednesday March 1st) with our dear friend Dhyana. She took us to her favorite places around Gurgaon. We first went to a Shiatsu massage place. Suzanne and I had a simultaneous one hour Shiatsu session that was to die for. In fact it felt like we had died and gone to heaven. This was Dhyana's treat for us, bless her soul. After that we went for a little bit of shopping primarily for clothing. Then came lunch time so we went to the Hilton Trident for lunch. It's a gorgeous hotel, such an escape from the busy, dusty, noisy city. The food was excellent (and it was enough for both lunch and dinner). This is one of the few places where you can safely have a fresh green salad. I also had a test of a local gym here in the subdivision where the Ananda center is (DLF Phase I). The owner is a very nice and friendly young man who offers his personal care for everyone who visits his gym. Without being intrusive he goes around and helps people to have the correct posture, grip, adjustment, weight, etc. It's like having your personal trainer there every time you go.

On our second day (Thursday March 2nd), we spent the morning with Keshava by going over our responsibilities for the upcoming big weekend (Mahasamadhi and the launch of Gita commentaries). After lunch at the center, Vidura took me to the cell phone store to get a cell phone while we are here .... on a rickshaw. That was a lot of fun.

The first picture you see is Dhyana, Suzanne and I at the Hilton Trident in Gurgaon.
The second picture is Dhyana's terrace garden right outside her home office.

Gotta go now. I will finish this later ...
